Thank you for shopping with Chelsea's Collective. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Carrier costs calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $65.

Delivery estimates begin after the processing period.

International Shipping

We are not shipping internationally at this time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

  • Outside United States

If your address is not supported at checkout, please contact us at support@boomasbestglass.com and we will do our best to assist you.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property.
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
  3. If still unresolved after 5 business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Stolen Packages: Chelsea's Collective is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at boomasbestglass@gmail.com
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Chelsea's Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@boomasbestglass.com — we can only make changes before the order has been processed.


Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $65 before taxes and after discounts are applied. Free shipping is sent via Standard Shipping and is not available on all products. [Excluded items, if any, e.g., "oversized or heavy items"].


Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During major holidays and sale events, processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks in advance for time-sensitive gifts. We are not responsible for carrier delays during peak periods.
